I have tried alot of the ones I could find and they all just offer a partial clean and nothing more. Im looking for a program that privides a good full clean of all of my registry

I've tried many, and your best bet is RegClean 4.1a from Microsoft. It's free, and it can be downloaded from download.com and most other download centers on the Internet.
More importantly, if you haven't done so already, scan your system for adware and spyware with programs like Ad-Aware and Spybot. Otherwise any registry scanner is worthless because the adware will write back over the changes that are made. Adware is responsible for over 80% of the registry-related service calls that I do.
