I want to clean out my computer a little because I know things are probably getting clogged up. I know I need to clear out the cookies & the registry, etc but I can’t remember how to do all that. Can someone please tell me what should be cleaned up & how to do it? I am computer literate more than many of my friends so I know I can do it myself as long as I have a lil guidance.

easiest option – right click the c drive and select properties and disk cleanup (in the general tab ). Open Internet explorer and remove temp files from there. Search for an dmp files and delete them. Un-install any unused programs from control panel, clean out your emails, remove windows temp files, a lot of this will be done by disk cleanup.
