well that’s kind da hard u would have to buy a bigger ram 4 you pc the best thing u can do is defrag ur computer it’s a simple proses but it may take some time just find ur disk defragmentor and turn it on and it would move ur files the ones used more often and move them closer so it can access them faster
Computer speed is based on the access to and usage of resources:
1. CPU. The processor does the calculations – if you are playing music, a video and a game at the same time, a lot of CPU is being used.
2. RAM. Reading from working memory – if you have a lot of applications running at the same time, a lot of RAM will be consumed. If you use more applications than your computer can handle, the temporary information will be saved to disk (slow, bad).
3. Hard drive. Opening files and programs requires reading from the hard drive. Opening a lot of files at the same time will create a choke point and slowdown the overall read time (typically experienced while starting a computer and loading a lot of drivers and applications).
How to improve the speed
-Try looking on what is happening in your computer (task manager for Windows, activity monitor for Mac) and check out how they are using your computer’s resources. There might be some applications you can disable.
-Some applications requires less resources than others (Chrome as a browser requires less resources than several other browsers).
-Upgrade your computers hardware. For regular usage (mail, word processing, music, surfing, movies) I can recommend buying a solid-state drive (SSD), a hard drive that speeds up a lot of the most common loading times.
this link will help , it’s from MICROSOFT
Unless you are going to remove some unwanted files you will continue to have this problem. You are running out of memory.
Reformat.
There are several maintenance utilities you can use to boost performance and free up hard drive space.
Disk Cleanup
Disk Defragmenter
Registry Cleaner
The first two are part of windows and found by clicking start > all programs> accessories > system tools.
