Clean Registry and Optimize PC
I use an application called Real VNC to do remote troubleshooting. The application needs to be installed on the computer that is being checked (as well as the machine doing the check). The application works as if the I would be directly there at the computer that is being diagnosed.
WebEx or RealVNC will do the trick, too.
