Get a Mac.
this is how you fix it
download the free version of this http://www.malwarebytes.org
update it
run a quick scan
remove infected
this is the best anti-virus about at the minute (in my opinion)
http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials (its free also)
Did you purchase a retail version or did you downloan an illegal version? If you downloaded a version off the internet it is loaded with virus, malware etc.
If you purchased a retail versoin, then you when to a web site, drive by, that installed a virus.
Go to the following link:

Half of your problem is that you are using McAfee, switch to AVG it much better that Mcafee.
dont use avg or mcafee. Go download Malwarebytes, and install it. Then restart your computer into safe mode and run malwarebytes. Should remove the virus.
On a side note use avira as a free antivirus.
You can’t delete internet explorer unless you do it in the registry, which I’m sure at your level is way to much work. I suggest you download AVG antivirus software.
Also windows 7 cannot ’cause a virus’
Personal Security is a rogue anti-spyware program from the same family as Cyber Security. This program is promoted through the use of malware that will install it on your computer without your permission. In order to protect itself, this program will automatically attempt to terminate security programs that may help to remove it. When installed, Personal Security will be configured to start automatically when Windows starts. Once started, it will scan your computer and display a variety of infections, but will state that it will not remove them unless you first purchase the program. In reality, the infections it finds are either fake or legitimate programs that if deleted could cause problems with the proper operation of Windows. Therefore, please do not act upon any of the files it states are infections.
You can try Mal-ware bytes and see if it will work. If it will not let you open it then try this,
http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro This is 6 AV engines all in one working together. This is a cleaner. It’s not a real time AV. Use it, Delete it. Stay away from AVG, What a joke.
