Get the following software, all free, from the links below. Get them from a clean computer onto a flash drive. Now boot your computer into safe mode (hold f8 key while booting up). Run each from safe mode. This works in most cases.

Several…
One comes with windows. Run -> MRT and run a full scan.
Another is Malwarebtyes.
If those don’t work, then they format drive C: and reinstall the OS
Repair shops don’t care much about your data.
Here is how the pro’s remove viruses on their computer without an AV product or any other type of Malware/Adware or Spyware scanner…..

Even though i have Avast antivirus…i use command and regedit to remove all my viruses….
The magic bullet is: wait for it………..xxxx……Reformat the hard drive and reload the operating system.
They don’t waste time trying to figure out how to remove a virus if the normal anti virus programs they use will not work. It is faster just to reformat.
However I am willing to spend a little more time than the shops do and This is what I use:
Spyware Doctor
Pest Patrol
Microsoft Security Essentials.
Process Explorer. This is not an anti virus program, but it will show you all the processes running and you can track down the virus or spyware with it.
a-Squared hijack free is a new one I just found, Similiar to process explorer and very good at tracking down a process.
There’s no single software that does it all. Different problems require different solutions. It’s also trial and error in most cases unless it’s a common problem.
You keep getting infected because you don’t have realtime protection. You probably only have scanners that does its work on your demand. That’s why you get infected first before you get to detect and hopefully remove it.
My advice is to get an antivirus and antispyware solution that has realtime scanning. Some that I can think of are Microsoft Security Essentials, the paid versions of Avast, Avira, BitDefender and Pro version of MBAM.
Sometimes, repair shops buy kits for hardware repairs, but in case of viruses or other software related problems they tend to use software that you get online. In your case I recommend you backup your important files and create a recovery disk using an anti virus in another pc not infected.
Most repairs shops will take the easy way out, they will reformat your equipment, that way you wont have the issue resurface as another problem (viruses tends to destroy and infect other files).
Hopefully you have a copy of your operating system in hand and the latest drivers. I also recommend you make a list of the software you use and backup your favorites.
Once you have reformatted and installed your operating system, make a backup image into DVD-R (do not use rewritables as you might lose your files later). Next time this occurs to you, you can just pop your DVD-R and restore your system from the old image. Windows 7 includes backup software.
try this download and if it doesn’t work take it to the repair shop
