You should try and use a more effective registry cleaner than CCleaner. This is okay for cleaning out damaged temp files, but as a registry cleaner, it’s not very effective. I would recommend you use the tool that’s able to fix the largest number of errors on your PC – which is a tool called "Frontline Registry Cleaner" which you can get from http://www.fastregistryfixes.com/best_registry_cleaner_tools.html

Get a better browser like Opera or Firefox. Go to sites below and download and install Piriforms Defraggler and have your harddrive Defragmented. Go to Google and have them use their Malwarebyte program to clean up your harddrive of malware. Get Ad-aware to clean out adware data miners from your pc. Do an AVG run.
