Upgrade Your Video Card At http://www.nvdia.com.Then You Need To Delete Any Personal Visualizations Such as, Docks, Side Gadgets, Themes, Backgrounds, And Other unneeded Programs The You Do Not Use. I Would Recommend Steam. Its A Game Management Program So That You Would Not Have To Have all You Games Scattered On Your Hard Drive. And If You Want To Get More out of Gaming, Try Game Booster. Its A Defragmentation Program That Defrags Your Background application usage.
You need most of the stuff that is on there and some of the programs are programs that are running such as Mozilla Firefox.
Just do a disc defrag and a disc cleanup it should make your computer a bit faster.
Start>All Programs> Accessories>System Tools
From there you will see the two programs you will need.
It also might be a virus run your AVG.
well, uninstalling things doesn’t get your computer to go any faster, the only thing to do is to turn off running programs ctrl+Alt+Delete then click task manager, then processes, then end any process you don’t need (it wont end any critical operations.
Just take out what programs you don’t use preferably everything HP& power2go (usbflash software) the rest depends on you and your usage. You can end your processes too through task manager but you will need to stop them from startup as well. In windows 7 type msconfig in your search bar at the bottom- after clicking start. Check off the running programs you don’t want to "startup" at startup, mostly just check off what you see that isn’t important. If you’re unsure what something is GOOGLE it! =D
