I have the following free programs in my PC: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Comodo Internet Security, Wise Disk Cleaner 4, Wise Registry Cleaner 4, Advance System Care Free, AVG Anti-virus and REVO Uninstaller. What software is not important and should be removed in my PC? Thank you very much!

I would keep all of them. If you really need to get rid of something keep your security programs and uninstall the rest.
Delete all of them but malwarebytes anti-malware.
These steps will also prevent viruses etc.
To get rid of most viruses, worms, adware, etc.
Step 1.
Download Avast! Home Edition as this is THE best free antivirus protection out there. Only drawback is you have to register within 60 days for free and every year after. But hey! You get it forever!
Anyways you also have to manual scan, but it isn't a resourse hog and it scans everything your computer writes and reads as well as internet sites and emails. I love it. As well they update it about every day!
It found several viruses after I deleted Norton 360 and has found several since.
Download here: http://www.download.com/Avast-Home-Edition/3000-2239_4-10019223.html?part=dl-AvastHome&subj=dl&tag=button&cdlPid=11004783
Register here:

Step 2.
As well try downloading malwarebytes anti-malware, updating, and scanning.
MBAM redirects you here for download. (MBAM) Go here to download: http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button
Step 3.
Proceed by downloading "SuperAntiSpyware Free" from the link below (As the title suggests, this is also free), follow any
instructions required to install it, update the virus definitions, then run a full scan, also clean any infections found
after the scan has completed.

Step 4.
You may also consider to be sure that all Malware has been removed from your system download “Kaspersky's Virus Removal Tool" (Free) from the link
below and run a full scan, this will already be updated to the day you download and install it, after the scan clean any
infections found. download here

Step 5.
Consider doing a scan of your computer with MBAM and superantispyware every 2-4 weeks with a maximum of a system scan every month. (I recommend 2-3 weeks.)
P.S. make sure to unistall all other antivirus products before installing avast and never have more than one installed at a time.
Hope this helps and enjoy a better computer!
Malwarebytes is great if you have the particular malware it kills. It's saved my butt a few times. I'd keep it just in case. AVG AV is nice. I don't trust any registry cleaner. Not sure if I'd trust a disk cleaner…rather do that manually aided with the usual MS temp file dumpers….
The other stuff, never used…
hope that helps some.
The only thing I would keep is AVG Antivirus if that is the current antivirus your using. All that other stuff needs to go.
You need an anti-virus program (one only) and a firewall. An anti-spyware program is useful as back-up. So, if you unistall those you'll need to replace them.
MBAM: pretty excellent, I'd keep it
CIS: excellent firewall, if you've also got the AV it will clash with AVG. I'd remove both and use Avast free AV
Wise Disk Cleaner: pretty good, keep it if you want, but see below.
Wise Registry Cleaner: as above
Advance System Care: also pretty good but duplicates Wise programs
AVG AV: low detection rates, update problems, no rootkit protection. Remove and use Avast
Revo: great program, keep
