Clean Registry and Optimize PC
put your cursor at the bottom of the address bar until it turns into an up and down arrow. when you see that hold down the left mouse button and pull the toolbars down to where you can see them again
right click on an empty space on the bar and see if you can add the stuff your missing.
That’s odd. It’s not in full screen mode, is it? Try hitting F11.
That happened to me a while back. I was already angry with Internet Explorer about their lack of proper HTML compatibilities, so I switched to Firefox. Firefox has better security features than IE anyway. If I were you, I’d switch to Mozilla Firefox.
