try defraggler it’s freeware and it’s from the same people of ccleaner
search for it in the ccleaner website.
Norton System Works or Norton Utilities has served me well in the past for system cleanup stuff, but I would use something else for Anti-Virus. IOBit makes a free product that will clean your registry and do some other things, but you should be fine with the built-in defrag, if your hard drive isn’t very full or fragmented really bad.

best one in the world
just make sure you disable the built in defragmenter otherwise they will work against each other
start>all programs>accessories>system tools>disk defragmenter>uncheck run at a scheduled time
Windows built in defrag tool should be good enough for the hard drives, it may be slow but it is extremely thorough.
As for the registry you’ll need to download a registry cleaner follow this link for a list on Google of them: http://www.google.co.uk/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=&q=Registry+Cleaner&meta=lr%3D
Hope this helps 🙂
Don’t use all-in-one system cleaners or tuning utilities; they never work properly. For disk cleanup, just use the built-in Vista utility itself. Right click on the drive in My Computer, and select Properties followed by Tools to access the Disk Cleanup option.
You don’t need to touch the registry in any way.
For disk defrag, the best defragger I’ve seen is Diskeeper 2009. It’s fast, full-featured and powerful. You can download free trial versions from http://www.diskeeper.com
