Have used: AVG, AVIRA, ADWARE, CCLEANER, CYBERDEFENDER, EUSING and others. But my comp is still slow. I think I might have downloaded something infected or downloaded some malware and I don't know how to get rid of it.

Risky behavior (downloads especially) can be the death knell for a Windows unit.
Right click your system tray> Task Manager> Processes: here see what processes are running & which are using up CPU.
Also, try a re-boot to 'Safe Mode' and see if the arthritic condition continues.
If it's a system over 2 years old, sometimes (as Terry suggests) a re-install of the OS will do more than an acre of utilities.
Also note that system configurations can accomplish improved security without all the bloating of applications.

If you include your spec it would be help, but i think you installed to much application with the same function, such as the antivirus (each antivirus working in the background and cost you some process in memory, harddisk space for the temporary directory and if your spec is not to high it will slowdown the computers).
I recomended you to using one program for one function, Like mine I only use Antivir PE for my computer, SpyBot S&D, CCleaner for my comp.
just give a trail to quickhill. I am using it and is very good.atleast better than kaspersky.

By the sound of it you have my friend.Cos you certainly have had the lot.I thing its time for a full re- install at a PC repair shop,or if you can do it yourself,do it.Its probably the only way your gunna get rid of your problems i think.
