Registry cleaners are pretty bogus.
If they worked then Windows would include a registry cleaning utility from Microsoft.
They are not that hard to build and I’m sure Microsoft would include something if it was worthwhile. But they don’t. You work it out.
CCleaner is the best as mentioned by the first answerer. But be careful…Most of these "tools" that claim to clean your computer actually are harmful to your computer.

Unless your computer is several years old or you have installed/uninstalled lots of programs over a period of time, you do NOT need to clean the Registry. There is not that much increase in performance as the Registry is used mostly during boot time or when opening certain programs that have to read the data from it.
Better performance is to keep all running processes to a minimum, have plenty of RAM, keep plenty of disc space for Page File , etc.. Use Windows Disc Cleaner to remove old Restore Points and files not needed. Set the Defrag program on a regular schedule.
CCleaner can do all but the defrag. It’s free.
