hey, ?
1. Low Computer Configuration – Not Enough RAM
2 Hard Disk Space Stuffed with Abundance of Useless Files
3 Too many Startup Programs:
4 Corrupted Registry: When you install or uninstall a program, invalid registry entries come into the registry.
I’d like to recommend you regtool, an wonderful tool to fix slow PC. http://www.registrycleanup-tool.com/
No doubt CCleaner is the best registry cleaner for freeware. If you afford to pay some money (since you are looking for full version), I highly recommend PC tools Registry Mechanic, probably one of the best out there. It does everything a registry cleaner should have by using its heuristic engine to detect registry errors. There are also some additional features such as tuneup and service optimization.
CCleaner is good but freeware still has some limited features that only full version software has.
Hope this helps 🙂

Probably Ccleaner – http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner – is what you want.
You might not see any improvement in your computer performance though as these things only fix malformed entries, which out of the thousands in the registry usually don’t make much difference at all.
Make sure you backup the registry before you do anything do it, Ccleaner gives you that option, as although it is usually pretty safe you never know what may happen when you start messing with the registry.
Try both ccleaner (I used before) and auslogics boostspeed (I’m using now). They should solve all of your pc problems. Also check out the cnet ratings.
Also as far as I remember free Auslogics Registry Cleaner was pretty highly rated at CNET’s Download.com. I used it a few times – it’s the safest.
