   Hi,

   I would try ccleaner from ccleaner.com, it’s free and very good, I us it myself.

   I would also run an anti-virus scan and a scan for malware as it seems that you may have virus’s and malware on your pc.

   sounds like a virus, back up your pictures, music, saved game files and what not and reformat

   First off you had a good thought about registry, but you failed to see some other clues to help you with your problem.

   Sounds like you have spyware or a virus.

   Do you have an antivirus on your computer? If not talk to your parents to get one. They are not free, but will protect you from viruses.

   Do you have a spyware remover on your system? If not I’d suggest getting Ad Aware AND Spybot. They are free. You can get them from downloads.com (this is a reputable site for free software, they tell you if the software contains spyware). Download and install. Run the updates then scan. It will take time. IF you have issues removing items, go into safe mode. To get into safe mode restart your computer and tap F8 several times until you get a list. Select safe mode. Log in to the administrator account and scan using the spyware programs AND your antivirus. After that run your registry clean up.

   Other things to do. Clean your cache. For Internet explorer… Go to tools internet options click delete cookies and click delete files. Fire fox go to Tools then Clear Private Data. After that go into my computer, right click on your C drive go to properties and run disk clean up. Once that is done go to the tools tab (right click on C > properties) and defragment your drive.

   All these things should help your system. If not the first response is your last and final option.
