   I recommend using a defrag program like WinMend Registry Defragger

   to answer your question..no there are no good free ones. if you find one it will probably just be a virus and mess your computer up even more

   Try this,. Microsoft security essentials , disc clean up, and disc defragment came installed on your pc. For Microsoft security – start – all programs . For the other two start – all programs – accessories – systems tools . After you boot up to blankscreen hit CTRL+ALT+DEL…task manager will come up.

   Click on New Task and enter…appwiz.cpl

   UNINSTALL SP2!!

   Reboot

   After reboot, reinstall SP2 with other updates

   sound like you have a virus,those programs install viruses then you have to pay to remove them.the best thing for you to do is a complete system recovery,it will put it back to the day it came from the factory.

   take your laptop to a Professional. if its not worth your time and or money then don’t. Like all the other answers said, its a virus. if you want to get your COMPUTER fixed, and after you tried doing all of the answers that the answerers put up for you, then go to best buy or pc richard and son. go to a Professional. and again if its not worth your money or time, then don’t fix the dog gone COMPUTER! go to a pro. they help allot. AND PLUS DON’T DOWNLOAD FREE ANTI VIRUSES, THEY NEVER WORK NEVER WILL AND THEY PUT VIRUSES INTO THE COMPUTER INSTEAD OF PUTTING THE VIRUSES OUT OF COMMISSION. NOTE(the caps were meant to emphasize what i was trying to tell you.)
