   I’ve gotten best answer before for this so it must work…I love it myself but people say that all the time. Click this link and on the right-hand side, click CleanUp! 4.5.2 download, then on the .exe extension. It is free, but if you like it that much and feel like paying, there is a link for you to donate some coin through.

   Tuneup Utilities and Diskeeper Disk Defragmenter. Neither is free but the price is worth it.

   It’s a free registry cleaner, it’ll remove history, cookies, temporary files, and any other useless files.

   It’s probably the best there is
