had the same problem,then when cleaning,goes thru cleaning process, then stops says now donate for full version

yea , its probably old programs that u have uninstalled or files/folders u have moved about/deleted on ur PC
Most likely they are safe to delete. Just to be sure make a system restore point. Most registry cleaners will also have a feature to back up the files it is deleting.
