Clean Registry and Optimize PC
On the game itself try to find a mouse sensitivity option.
Check into the game configurations, and see if you can find some mouse settings.
if its a mouse with a ball toss it and get a different mouse with no ball or a wireless mouse.
You can first check your mouse. If it has a ball you may have to clean it. Then check your mouse settings. If you have a firewall you may have to set it to allow the game. Also your Java might need to be updated.
Sometimes with thise Pogo games it is just Pogo itself.
