   First, did you change or install any new hardware? If yes, I advice you to contact the hardware supplier and telling him about your problem. Well if no, then you will have to format your computer. Call a computer guy and ask him for formatting and re-installing your OS.

   This is usually caused by your BIOS being reset. You probably have more than 1 drive and the boot order has been changed. No OS re-install needed.
