I like C-Cleaner but now you have to pay for it…I was laid off so I can’t afford to buy it right now but I need my computer to find another job and the computer is giving me grief. Would like to find a free anti-virus too, since now AVG has gone totally capitalistic…
When I go the C-Cleaner website and hit the free download button, it redirects me to a page where I have to hit a PayPal button…

Don’t use CCleaner….
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=re6-PN5KH0s
It only finds like 20 problems on your registry, whilst other cleaners find 500+ errors. It’s a big myth that CCleaner will clean your registry well, because it won’t. The only good thing it has is the temp file removal system, which will remove a lot of bad system & temp internet files from your computer.
You’re better checking out a cleaner like RegCure or RegAce at http://www.fastregsitryfixes.com/best_registry_cleaner_tools.html
Registry is very crucial component of your Windows operating system. So, try to use some renowned registry cleaner. It may happen that using free registry cleaner even mess up your registry and your PC stops working.. So analyze thoroughly registry cleaners before using it.
