A popular and safe and effective product is CCleaner, which is a disk and registry cleaner. Eusing Free Registry Cleaner is another option, though it is more aggressive and therefore more likely to remove a valid entry. TweakNow and EasyCleaner are both moderate cleaners which are not too aggressice, though they have not been updated for a while. I’ve heard Wise Registry Cleaner is quite good if you do not delete the “potentially unsafe” entries. RegSeeker is way too dangerous.
However, you should only run registry cleaners when there are errors with your computer or software issues, NOT as a regular cleanup routine. See:
