There’s a free cleaner called CCleaner you can get from http://www.ccleaner.com – but be careful this does not have any backup facility which means that it can ruin your Pc.
I’ve been using a good cleaner called "RegAce". It costs $20 but is worth it because it has a backup facility that fully protects your computer from any problems.

Ccleaner has a good reputation of cleaning junk, just be sure to make a backup (include in the program) before cleaning out

CCleaner as mentioned before.
Just don’t expect much from running it, or any other "registry cleaner" for that matter.
It is extremely unlikely that any cleaner is going to solve any problems, nor make your computer run any faster or more stable.
If you have had windows installed for a LONG time, and do a lot of installing and un-installing of programs, they can shrink the size of the registry a little, freeing up a *small* amount of RAM, but if a few megs of ram make your system run faster, then you are severely short on RAM, and you will see a LOT more increase in speed if you purchase some more RAM for your system.
Download CCleaner. It’s a reliable junk cleaning tool that also has a registry cleaner. Just make sure that when it asks you to back up the registry, you do it.
CCleaner has a registry cleaner built-in.

search ‘Tweaknow RegCleaner Professional’ on Google. This is a free REG cleaner that I currently still use. It’s free forever and all the changed done by deleting your REG files are always revers-able.
