   Crap Cleaner (aka) CCleaner : http://www.ccleaner.com/download

   Choose the alternative link from that page for a direct download!

   when installing, just uncheck the box for the YahooToolbar, (if you don’t want it) I like the one with the Antispyware on it from Yahoo myself.

   If you run that once a week, and remember to defragment your Hard drive, every two weeks to a month your PC speed should remain very good.
   If you have the $$$, You might want to look at some 3rd party disk defragmenter Apps that do all the defraging for you.
   I use Diskeeper 2009 myself!

   from firefox tools-> clear private data-> and have everything but cookies unchecked hit ok
