Whatever you do, do not use Winfixer or Windows Anti Virus 2006.
Wikipedia: There are several ways in which WinFixer can infect a computer. Users using Internet Explorer are most susceptible, although users of other browsers, such as Firefox and Opera can also be infected, but are more resistant to the program. As well, it could stop your optical drive from working. ErrorSafe is not safe either
AVG antivirus is free and considered very good. Promise you.
GET RID OF MCAFEE it will actually give you virus’s.
Do not know about the spyware.
Use adware and spybot
Spyware is a common problem and will affect all computers if your computer is not protected.
Read this forum which details how to use various anti spyware tools, instructions on how to set them up and even provides support if you have anymore questions.

None, all of these programs act like viruses themselves if you think about it. I have never used any program and I have never had a virus. You just have to watch what sites you search and what e-mails you open. If you have problems put important info on a flash drive and keep it there. Dont reload on computer. Then reinstall your favorite OS. Good Luck!!!
Open Internet Browser ,
In the Address Bar, Type safety.live.com
If you are runnning windows on system, then use this link..
Have a look here, all are good problems and highly recommended!

I haven’t had any problems with Spy ware Doctor. It’s an award winning soft ware.
That puts you on a LAN! Aren’t you suppose to be working?
Kaspersky Antivirus, the newest version…
I use NOD 32
I use Ad-Aware
The best one that was recommended to me, and I use it myself are the following:-
(1)For general anti-virus, McAfee Total Protection is very good. It will check things out for you left, right, and center
(2)For spyware, the one that was recommended was the
As-Ware 6.0 Professional. This really does work. All that you have to do is at the end of your internet surfing, for you to click onto it, and you will see a list of several ads that will have invaded your computer. You will then be given a choice of erasing it or perhaps quarantining it. This will help to insure that your computer to be running faster.
