   first off, i am a tech and i have encountered that problem,
   i know EXACTLY how to fix it

   first off,
   run a program called Combo Fix,
   then run your current antivirus (download AVG)
   then run C cleaner and clean up the registry with it
   THEN go to your start menu and go to run and type in SFC /SCANNOW and then hit enter, then that would replace files in windows automatically,

   id garrantee that would help

   I would suggest CCleaner It’s the best out there and it works great. I would also suggest using Auglogics Disk Defrag, and Spybot.
