if you just want to delete something, go into your control panel and add or remove programs, mostly the LARGE ones will slow your computer. or. the virus’ and stuff.
upload nortan anti virus, belkin wireless internet system,
Go to My Computer And C Drive Then Program Files And Just start deleting anything you don’t use And Also If You Download mUsic From services like bearshare or Kazaa they tend to eat your hard drive realy fast. If That Doesnt work,Burn the programs you do want and don’t have copies of to a cd, then have your computer totally wiped, or maybe look into getting a bigger hard drive to store all the stuff you need.
Download Super Anti-Spyware. Update it.
Turn off System Restore – Right click on My Computer – choose properties – click System Restore tab – put a check mark in "Turn off System Restore"
Restart your machine – at the black screen – continue to tap the F8 key – will take you to the place where you can boot your machine into safe mode. Use your arrow key to move up and down and highlight ‘safe mode’ – hit enter. If your operating sytem is highlighted (XP?) hit enter. Files will load and computer will boot into safe mode.
Double click on the Super Anti-Spyware icon and run a full system scan – dump everything it finds. Run the scan twice to make sure all is gone.
Restart normally and turn System Restore back on if you want.
Microsoft has a free tool that will remove spyware and clean up junk.

Add more ram. Defrag. These are the basic and inexpensive ways to speed up the computer. And you didn’t provide enough information for me to give you a more detail answer. You need let us know what computer you are using and what program to clean your computer.
tune up utilities pro has a free 30 day trial
I use Ad-Aware and Registry Repair. I use those once a week, along with Disk Cleanup.
You can make backup disks and then reformat your hard drive.
You could add more RAM.
