Could be you fried something on your motherboard or the power supply when overclocking.
It might also be your monitor. Hook it up to another PC or console and see if you still have artifacts.
It could be a defective card or perhaps the power supply(though, I do doubt that). Can you test it on another computer to see if you get the same issue? That will help you actually troubleshoot the card and see which one it is bad. This also goes the same for the MOBO issue, if it works fine on another board-it is likely your graphics card that is bad.
Also, avoid overclocking your system. It will do more damage than benefits.
The logical conclusion would be to STOP the overclocking BS! The ONLY thing you are apparently gaining is fried cards. If you insist on overclocking, get wise to the fact you need better cooling. If you spent more time learning how to operate and maintain your PC, removing un-needed software from running in the background, you would probably find you didn’t need to overclock in the first place. I game heavy, built this last gaming rig 2 years ago and it games perfectly fine. Haven’t had a problem at all.
