   Could be a problem with device drivers , hardware or software . This problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html

   I cant tell you how many problems I have had with ASROCK motherboards! They are cheap and anything they make (good or bad) goes right in the box. If this board has a VIA 8732R chipset I can almost guarantee it is bad.

   ASROCK support is horrible. In this case you get what you pay for.

   Save yourself the aggravation and purchase another motherboard.

   My suggestion, install a small program, called speedfan (http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php). With this, you can keep an eye on the temperatures of your CPU and other hardware.

   If the CPU temp is too high, lockups will happen. High graphics card temps can also cause this…
