   Make and update to your drivers specially the graphic one and after that you won`t have any more problems i guarantee ,

   Are you sure that you have latest drivers if not go get them from here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

   Set your resolution in game to same to what you desktop has if its LCD screen they usually support only 1 resolution good. Try customazing setting GTA IV allows antialiasing to be turned off. And put shadows off too or set to low.

   Those three games that lag are sandbox games. Try adjusting the view distance scale, texture resolution, antistropic filtering and Anti-Aliasing. These are the most demanding settings
