   first run a virus scan and a spyware scan these are the worst things. (I like spybot search and distroy it get almost everything)
   then run the disk clean up utility (start>program accesories system tools and clean up (looks liek a broom)

   u have some spyware in ur PC, downaload and install any spyware removal and run a complete SCAN in safe mode

   Scan for virus.

   Because you are infected with Spyware, Adware and possibly viruses or trojans.
   Have you been downloading music and crap from Limewire or other shareware?

   Click Start > Run > type in: services.msc > Ok

   Look down the list for the "Messenger" service and double click it.

   Press the "Stop" button. Now change the Startup Type to "Disabled". Click: Ok

   You will no longer get the scary and annoying popup messages.
