   If it’s Windows and not Avast that’s telling you it’s out of date, don’t worry about it. If it’s the Avast program itself telling you it’s out of date, just update it. It’s free to update.

   That means you were using a trial pack of Mcafee virus protection. Then When you uninstalled the antivirus system. Windows says that your Antivirus Protection may be out of date. Its not at all a problem. When you install Avast It becomes normal. There’s nothing to worry about it.
