Well the best thing to do is buy a new computer or spend money to upgrade the processor speed or RAM of your current computer. If you can’t afford to do that then you must fully optimize the speed of your current computer. The best way to do this is use a program to help. I use one that scans my computer and offers a diagnosis of what is wrong with it. You can scan your computer for free and try it yourself at

Scan your system with Avast free & Reginout to see for errors. They will fix it for you.
It sounds like your computer might be loaded with viruses, spyware, adware, etc. Even if you have an antivirus, sometimes stuff like that manages to get through.
I have definitions of my own as to what malware and viruses are respectively. Malware is nuisance software that is likely to change settings without your knowledge, viruses are considerably worse, as they tend to mess up far more than just settings.
I reckon your best solution to this would be to boot up your computer in safe mode (I assume you know how to boot up your computer in safe mode) and run a scan through that way.
