Follow below:
Try it again but this time when you turn on the PC press the F8 key and keep on pressing it until you see SAFE MODE
Select SAFE MODE and if you can get into Windows in SAFEMODE mode (everything will look huge) normal
Now go into my computer then drive C:
click on documents and settings
click on your user name that you use
now copy favorites, desktop and cookies to another location on your HDD to back it up.
Now click on start
click on control panel
click on system
Click on Advanced
Click on User Profiles
Click on Settings…
Click on the name you see that you use to login but is giving trouble to login..
Click on delete that profile..
Exit out and reboot
Windows will rebuild that profile and you should be able to get back in Once back in.. Just go back and restore your favorties, desktop and cookies.
This should fix your problem, and also when last did you defrag your HDD?
click on start
click on run
type: cmd
type: defrag c: /f
Firstly, upon installing updates, only select programmes to be installed that you need, such as word or excel.
Secondly, delete old or unused files and documents.
Thirdly de-fragment your computer on a regular basis
Fourthey if you dont need to update your windows, then dont do it, update it less regulaly suh as 12 monthly or so on.

diable all
apply
reset
