System Restore won’t remove these trojans that are to blame for distributing such malwares like Antivirus Soft. Try this guide, it helped me recently:

The system restore is a way to undo system changes to your computer without affecting your personal files, such as e‑mail, documents, or photos. It means your personal files might be infected and the system restore point wouldn’t help you to remove viruses.
Yes, there are many ways to remove viruses and fix your computer. Visit the following web page and at the bottom you’ll find "Download Free Anti-virus Software for Windows" section to download free virus removal software. http://www.about-win7.com/windows-7-antivirus.html

No. You are to NEVER EVER use system restore when infected. System restore is to be turned off until infection has been removed. This is not why comptuers have system restore, if that were the case there woudl be no need for protection software. System restore was around long before there were computer virus. it’s only supposed to be used for software related issue,
To get rid of spyware and viruse, you need protection software such as AVG and Malwarebytes, which are both free.
