   Well if you gotta lot of money upgrade the Graphics card and get some more RAM and buy a new processor and motherboard

   Cheap Just buy some more RAM and Defrag That thing

   it would because it would kill the the viruses and viruses do slow things down. they may even be unnecessary things in there like unused videos which mean useless to you.

   It will be the same as defragmenting it. But overall, yes, you will notice a boost in speed because it will get rid of all the current apps that load up and so on.

   Up your ram, run CCleaner, defrag, Spybot, and don’t have a lot of crap on your desktop.

   Back up your data then run a clean install of the Windows OS and put your stuff back on.

   Don’t forget to run a virus scan first so as not to infect your newly formatted hard drive.
