This most likely is a driver issue. Try to find the direct driver for the wireless nic from the manufacturer, not by using Windows update.
Hopefully you can find a few versions of the driver and try each one until you find one that works.
Good luck.
reset your internet ? under tools and internet setting onÉ— the web page ?
First of all,
I had Comodo Firewall as well and uninstalled it because latency issues. When I unstialled
comodo it pretty much destroyed my Windows Firewall and Defender. I had to reinstall the operation system because the regedit was so F*** up because of Comodo uninstalled wrong. This caused a conflict on my WMI which pretty much manages Windows Firwall itself.
Now, your issue, if not related to mine I had, is that your Comodo Firewall and your Windows Firewall might both be on. Make sure in System something (the name eludes me but it informs me of my security settings like if Anti virus is on or out dated) the box that says "Another program manages my Firewall" is checked. If it’s not check, you’ll have a conflict of drivers that can screw up your computer’s DHCP setup that your WIreless Networking Utility uses and cause such utility to not function anymore. Hopefully Win7 has Wireless Zero Configuration. I use XP because easier to manager =p
Make sure your internet connection, your network in general, is in Comodo’s Firewall exception list. That includes all programs that rely on the Internet like Browsers and MMORPGs.
If you gonna use your device manager and you having connectivity problems, then you should be looking at your Network adapters with View>All Hidden is on.
Also, if you not living in a country that uses Teredo then make sure IPv6 is uninstalled.
Go to your IPCONFIG/ALL no caps and see if you have some bull crap that says Teredo Pseudo Hidden Interfere that gives you some crazy IP address like fffffffffx192.1.x or something like that. That means your Terodo, IPv6, took over your DCHP. DCHP is IPv4.
To unistall IPv6, which is not if none Teredo connections, you have to go to you network adapter in My Network properties and uninstall from there.

Also, instead of using a network adapters Networking Utility (Like Belkin Netowrking Utility) use Zero config instead. You go to Admin Tools and click Services. You do it by these steps.
1=Download your network adapter’s recent Drivers ONLY. Not the utility.
2- Uninstall the Utility and drivers
3= Make sure that all Registry for that utility is gone frmo RegEdit by using Wise cleaner
4= Make sure no folders exist in your Program Files Folder (Not the Start>Programs but literally going to the Programs Folder) and remove all that.
5- Make sure Zero Configuration is set as Automatic in your Admin tools>Services
6-Reboot operation system
7- Install the drivers you downloaded from official adapters manufacturer.
Viola. Only do this if you dont’ want to use the Utility. Sometimes that utility causes too many corrupt files if there are conflicts with software like Firewalls. At the very least make sure your Networking Utility is in your Comodo’s Firewall Exception list.

I personally hate Comodo haha.
