I suggest you remove all the antivirus stuff, except Mcafee (which is trash) that you installed then install them one at a time if that clears the problem. All that stuff might be interferring with some of your files. Only a suggestion.
Call dell, tell them its because the actually computer is messed up they will tell you to send it to them and they will fix it or send you a new one
those sound like free download anti-virus programs. I wouldn’t suggest you get the free anti-virus programs..
if they aren’t, then keep them. If they are, I recommend you uninstall them.
Since that computer is new, it should already have it’s own Anti-Virus Program. Try looking for your anti-virus program Dell already provided you for your new computer.
Since it’s Windows 7, click on your start button, then type in the search bar, "anti virus".Your anti-virus program should appear then. That worked for me.
then try scanning your computer with that anti-virus program and see if it detects anything. If not, i would just call the Dell Company and ask them to see if they can fix it.
