   hah! You don’t think about win 7 features. Vista slower than 7. Ok you don’t care
   first buy a windows vista dvd and setup your laptop boot from cd/dvd and insert windows vista dvd and follow instruction
   you got vista in laptop

   There is no free way. You want it, you buy a copy of Vista 32bit
