For starters I noticed you have a 64 bit AMD processor and you’re running the report for a 32 bit windows 7 installation. Make sure if you’re using windows vista x64 that you’re installing windows 7 x64 (not the 32 bit versions).
Another suggestion would be to back up whatever data you need and do a clean install from either a flash drive or cd iso’s. If you don’t know how to do that you can try http://store.microsoft.com/Help/ISO-Tool that should help.
I found some information in another thread that applies to your issue:
"Just a thought, check to see what your BIOS settings are on your computer.
This problem is usually related some potential problem in the disk or BIOS or faulty hardware. The BIOS sometimes limits the read/write scope of boot sectors, to avoid virus attack.
Review the BIOS setting, if there’s any Anti-Virus settings, just disable it, and then start the install again.
