double check the network settings. have you made sure that machine is set up for DHCP and does not have an IP address set statically?
Try swapping the patch cord you are using with one used on one of the other PC’s
Confirm the settings on the NIC (Network Card) you are using. Try forcing it to be 100M half duplex or 10M half duplex. Some cards do not play well with certain brands of ethernet switches.
Last ditch effort…do not use DHCP on this PC. Just assign IP address, subnet mask, gateway and dns manually.
Make sure you are not pluggin it into an uplink port on the switch.
