   none of them are safe if the user doesn’t know what they are deleting. best that you take you time when using one, and be sure the files are trash and some windows files you may need, windows will make empty files and some dat files you may need some no.

   Registry Mechanic has worked for me theb best for years, never any problems with priority needed files being deleted. I reccommend the Cracked version
   (illegal versions always taste better)
