go to a torrent site like isohunt or piratebay or torrentreactor you will need a program like utorrent to open the files
READ the comments to see how to use the file and if it works right
first, some of hte symptoms youlist are linked to video driver failuer/deletion. this isn’t a part of the xp system. that said, if you know what files you need, i am happy to provide some on a storage site, but an entire xp os is kinda out of th equestion…
you can however, buy a legal copy for about $60…
i would be leary of torrents while you have a potentialn infection tho…
additionally, using ‘used’ os an dkey can be more troulbe than what yoy’re currently experiencing as others may/could have activated it already and you will be asked to phone in your activatin and aswer thier questions regarding the install of that system/key.
You can try running the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool, it is on your hard drive:
You have to log in as an Administrator:
Click Start
Click Run
Click Browse
Find \WINDOWS\System32\MRT.exe
Click Run

If that does not work, then:
Malware has attacked your system files on your computer, as you have figured out, and you might have to replace the system files. But until the malware is gone, it won’t do you any good to try to reinstall the system files as the malware is still in control of your computer. It has corrupted the registry too. If you have a rootkit on the computer, those are incredibly difficult to get rid of. You need to erase the drive and reinstall the original factory software.
Some HP and Compaq computers have a partition on the hard drive that will reinstall the factory software instead of factory software discs, and they have the option of creating a set of software discs so that if the hard drive fails, the drive can be replaced and the discs will reinstall the factory software so one can start anew.
Otherwise – If your computer is an HP or a Dell or a Toshiba you should be able to order the XP Installation disks that are specific to your computer, because those disks will have the necessary drivers for the motherboard and video and so on. But this depends on how old the computer is, they might not be able to if the PC is really old (before XP service pack 2). I don’t know about other brands. My Acer Aspire netbook did not come with factory software discs, it has the partition for reinstallation but no method for burning my own discs.
If you get a generic Windows XP install CD (the OEM or retail version) you will not have those drivers.
This website claims to have thousands of system files on it
