Use a good anti-virus software to get rid of them. Thereon, use Mozilla Firefox than Internet Explorer as Firefox is very strict against pop-ups and it opens them only if u allow those pop-ups. A great replacement for Internet Explorer!..do try it!
Sounds like you have a virus, read the instructions to clean it up.
Winfixer is caused by Trojan Vundo and requires a special removal technique. Have a look here:
