I took a look at the image you provided and I saw two things: System Defender on the browser and Worm.Win32.Netsky on a warning message.
System Defender is a rogue anti-spyware program and you should not install System Defender under any circumstances. Now Worm.Win32.Netsky is not what is on your computer that is just a name that is added to the warning message to scare you into thinking that you have that infection. What you have is a trojan and I am guessing it is Zlob Trojan.
I think that Smitfraudfix has the definitions to remove what you have. Another way to see what is on your computer is to create a hijackthis log (you can find the steps on http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial94.html) and you can post it on a forum with experts that can analyze it more closely than you can.
it’s a trojan, something like Zlob.Troyan trying to install TrustedAntivirus, scaring youur computer is infected by Netsky.
try SpyBot
http://spybot.com
Looks like your computer may have a variant of the ubiquitous Smitfraud infection.
Almost all "general purpose","all-in one" spyware and virus removal programs such as AVG, Norton, McAfee or Spybot S & D cannot remove it, as you have already found out.
Free specialised Smitfraud removal tool is here (SmitfraudFix)
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix_En.php
After running SmitfraudFix, to clean-up any remaining infection traces, scan for trojans,
and spyware and remove (free online scan, no downloaded program) with Ewido Online Scanner ( now known as AVG Anti-Spyware). This is NOT the same as AVG Anti-Virus. Press "Scan your computer now online and clean it for free!" on the left.
http://www.ewido.net/en/
Good luck.
Here are two free program either one will resolve your problem if you run an indepth scan. Superantispyware finds spyware/viruses not found by all other or unable to delete. No conflict with your on antivirus software. http://www.superantispyware.com Update and run an indepth scan. Recommend you reboot after to be on the safe side.
You should also download the from Austria, A2Squard Free. Download the free version. http://www.emsisoft.com Will find rouge dialers, keyloggers, worms, spyware adware, malware, trace spyware, trojans, and tracking cookies.
Must also update as they are free. Manual is necessary.

It appear that you have the NetSky virus. If you visit the link below and download the removal tool you should be able to automatically remove it.
http://www.symantec.com/norton/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2004-021816-1759-99
If that fails you will need to research the virus and if you feel comfortable doing so, follow the direction that can be found on the http://www.sarc.com website when doing a search for netsky. It appears that you might have more than just that virus, you should also download a trusted spyware remover. Microsoft has one for free at their website called windows defender.
Happy Computing!
Use this free virus scanner:
http://usa.kaspersky.com/products_services/free-virus-scanner.php
download stopzilla at stopzilla .com gauranteed to work
I agree with Mindoct! Get SuperAntispyware Free Edition and run a complete scan on your computer and this should remedy your infection. This is not a true virus as it is more of a trojan/spyware infection, so SuperAntispyware should be able to remove it. You may need to scan in safe mode!
*Since SuperAntispyware isn’t working, try the very best, Spyware Doctor Starter Edition (free). Go to http://www.download.com, and search for it. Install, update, and run a full scan on your pc. But, SuperAntispyware does remove this infection. I have used it to do so; the reason you are not having success is probably solely due to user error!
