WinReanimator is a rogue anti-spyware program advertised through the Vundo Trojan. For a totally free removal guide you can follow this guide:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic131251.html
Please be careful that you do not follow the guides that require you to purchase any software. Many of the guides you see in these answers state that they offer free downloads, but in face you need to purchase the software before you can remove anything. Only use removal guides that are entirely free.
WinReanimator is the new rogue anti-spyware, that uses Vundo Trojan to install itself on your computer. WinReanimator generates fake security warnings on your taskbar that your computer is infected with malware, this rogue will also show exaggarated reports about spyware risks to trick you into buying it’s full version. It is important to remove WinReanimator as soon as possible because it may download and install additional spyware to steal personal data and track all your activities.

Looks like it could be the zlob trojan. If SuperAntiSpyware doesn’t do it, try here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=3565
WinReanimator is a new fake anti-spyware. It displays alerts pretending being Windows Antivirus.
WinReanimator can be removed by using reputable spyware removal solutions like SuperAntiSpyware or Spyware Doctor, however you might need to wait for them to update the database of parasites. Additionally, you can remove parasite manually or using SmithFraudFix (tutorial here : http://www.2-viruses.com/smitfraudfix-tutorial.html )
I think I have something for you.
DON’T GET NORTON.NORTON TRULY SUCKS,AND IT’S OVERRATED!IT SLOWS YOUR COMPUTER DOWN,AND IT ISN’T THAT GOOD!
SuperAntiSpyware:http://www.superantispyware.com/
Ad-Aware:http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware
AVG:http://www.grisoft.com/doc/31/us/crp/0
Ccleaner:http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
McAfee Site Advisor:http://www.siteadvisor.com/
I would also get the McAfee Site Advisor, because it warns users when downloading software or filling out forms on a web site that may make them victims of malware or spam.
These are good.Especially SuperAntiSpyware!
