How do I clean up drawn lineart on my computer?

I have no idea how to make the lineart that I draw smoother and more pronounced on the computer. Help?

I want to try this "free" cleaning product that will fix ALL my computer registry errors in "under 2 minutes" Has anyone ever used it? Do you recommend it?

i just want to get rid of junk and things my computer has saved? Things like old downloaded files internet stuff etc.

Luckily I backed up, so now how do I use the backups it made before deleting the ‘issues’
