Windows XP CD/Virus help?

Ok so I get a virus called virtumonde and for the love of god i just cant get rid of it. It has already done to much damage. AND TRUST ME!!! i have run every virus scan imaginable. Over 30 and over 10 online virus scans. I have read forum after forum going into safe mode and even editing the registry and this bad boy is still here. So anyway i figure its time to wipe and reload problem is i dont have the XP cd. I have my code on the side of my box with the xp serial code but i just dont have the actual XP cd. So i have heard that you can create one XP cd straigh from the computer itslef but i dont know how to do it. Can anyone help a guy out…?

Programs i have tried:(some of them)
Spysweeper, Spybot, Kaspersky, SuperAntivirus, Virtumod Remover, Windows One Live care, AVG, Registry Cleaner, Dr WebCureit, Rootkit Revealer, Symentac Pro, Ewindo, ATF cleaner, Noadware 5.0, and much MUCH more… It just keeps comming back over and over again…. I want to start over…
I have already downloaded the Lavasoft software. Read up i have tired over 30 programs i dont need antivirus i need a XP cd…

Lately ive been on my laptop and my CPU has gone up to 100%,ive done virus scans, registry clean ups,CCleaner,Spybot and AVG.

And it dosent come up with any virus or anything just cookies, also my laptop is starting to get really hot and overheat and i use a program to moniter how hot it gets and it reaches from 70-95.

I tried turning on my laptop and it takes me to a screen which says "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause." It then gives me two options, which are "Launch Startup Repair" and "Start Windows Normally." I have tried using both, but either choice makes my computer restart and takes me to the same screen. Alt+Ctrl+Del restarts my computer as well. Escape shuts of the timer to automatic selection. I have tried running both the recovery CD and the support CD, and neither works because Windows is not operating. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do?
I cannot give the computer any commands via mouse, and it will not respond to any keyboard commands either.

Ive had my laptop for about 5 years now. I dont no exactly what type it is but the brand is toshiba and it runs windows xp. I have done every type of scan and registry clean, disk cleanup, and defragmented. is there anything else i could do to speed it up more because it is still running farely slow or do you think i should just get a new laptop?
