   Microsoft has it´s own registry cleaner. look at

   It is pretty old, but still does it´s job quite good, even with Windows XP

   CCleaner..works nicely
   Spy-Bot another one that does a nice job.
   Ad-Aware does a nice job as well
   Actually, all three are free and, used together will squeaky clean ur puter..
