In my approximately 30G C: Drive, the Program Files and Windows folders pretty much take up the entire drive, leaving me with only 896MB available. I have an additional 240G drive with plenty of space, but my computer stills runs slow because of the C: drive issue. Is there a way to clean up the C: drive or possibly transfer the folders in question to my other drive? Please help…

Disk cleanup + defrag might help.
First do a disk cleanup. Right click the drive in My Computer, choose Properties and Disk cleanup. Delete the temp files, temporary internet files, empty the recycle bin etc. Don’t compress the drive contents.
Then you can defrag. I never liked the in-built Windows defragger; instead I use Diskeeper. Head over to http://www.diskeeper.com and download the free trial version of Diskeeper 2009. It’s the best defragger for Windows and defrags everything including large files and system files, even with low free space. Install Diskeeper, turn on the auto defrag mode and dont worry about defrag again. Diskeeper will do everything in the background automatically, and you can use your computer as usual.
You can move programs to the other drive, if you use a program like Change of Address to let the operating system know where they are. http://www.webdingers.com/coa2.zip
First you’ll want to go into Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall anything that you don’t want to keep.
Then you can go to Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup to delete any erroneous error reports and cache files that your computer is storing
That should help a bit.
De-fragment it. This may take a few hours (so I suggest you do this at night – keep the computer on and go to sleep). De-fragmenting it basically pulls everything more together so that your computer runs faster because it can find things faster.
Clear your cookies, cache and other internet related things.
Right click and do a disk clean up.
Delete unnecessary folders and things.
Try all that before you do anything else.
